Ticket guide Vy Train

When you book your ticket, we have different options – depending on how confident you are that the trip will take place on the day you want to travel.

Full Flex

  • Can be refunded.
  • Discounts for children, youth, students and pensioners apply.
  • Can be combined with promotional codes.

Full Flex can be cancelled up until the train's departure time. You will receive a full refund, excluding the booking fee.

Non Flexible

  • Cannot be rebooked and is non-refundable.
  • Discounts for children, youth, students and pensioners apply.
  • Can be combined with promotional codes.

This ticket has a lower price than Full Flex and is for those who know for sure when and where you want to go. You cannot rebook or get a refund on this ticket.

Low price

  • Non-refundable and non-rebookable

Vy is a part of Resplus

Resplus is a collaboration between all train operators, the county transport in all counties and domestic boat traffic. If you travel on Vy's train as a partial route on a ticket with Resplus, you will receive money back according to Samtrafiken's ticket rules and travel conditions for Resplus.
