Are you going on a trip with your team, class or group of friends? Or are you a company going on a conference trip? Travel by train is a convenient and sustainable alternative. When you travel together by train, you don't have to worry about traffic, parking and multiple cars. Instead, the whole group can travel together. During the trip, you can socialize, plan activities, or just relax while the landscape passes outside the window. You can also start the conference already on the train.

The train is also a safe and secure way to travel. You can sit back and travel comfortably while arriving collected and ready for activities, matches, conferences or experiences at your destination.

Find date and departure time
We always recommend being out in good time for group booking requests. Once you have a date, it's time to find a departure time. The best way to find your trip is to search in our travel search on vy.se or in the Vy app.
Send us your inquiry
You fill in your request in a form. We need to know this in order to give you a price quote.

On some of our departures we can offer pre-booking of light refreshments or coffee. For smaller groups it may be possible to pre-order food. Please state your wishes when you contact us and we will get back to you with what we can offer.

Cancellation and refund conditions
Cancellation and refund terms
Here you will find information about Vy's cancellation and refund conditions for group travel. The amount refunded depends on when the cancellation is made in relation to the departure date.
- Free of charge up to 30 days before traveling.
- 29-11 days before traveling: 50% cancellation can be made and 50% refund.
- 10-0 days before traveling: No refund if canceled trip.

Traveling by train should be easy, but sometimes there are questions about the trip that can't be found on the website. We are here, every day, all year round. If you have a question after customer service opening hours, you can always email us.
Traffic information
Delays can sometimes be due to planned track or road works. Other times, changes are due to weather, accidents or vehicle problems – things that cannot be predicted.
In the event of traffic disruptions, you will be automatically rebooked and your ticket will be sent to the same email address you used when booking.
