Vy Rail is part of the Resplus scheme
The Resplus scheme is a partnership between all rail operators, county transport providers nationwide and domestic boat services. If you travel on a Vy-operated train as a segment included on a Resplus ticket, you are entitled to a refund in accordance with Samtrafiken’s ticketing rules and the Resplus conditions of carriage.
If you buy a trip with another operator, this operator's conditions of carriage apply. If you buy a combined Resplus trip with several different operators (Resplus ticket), the respective operator's conditions of carriage for each leg of the journey apply. In addition, a ‘we get you all the way there’ guarantee is offered through Resplus travel conditions.
