I have a pre-purchased ticket, can I travel on the train with it?

Pre-purchased tickets are only valid on the route for which they have been purchased. You cannot use county transportation cards, season tickets or carnet tickets to part pay for a journey that is longer than the route the card or ticket applies to. In that case, you will need to buy a ticket for the full route.
