Can I get on or off anywhere other than the place shown on the train ticket?

If you have a booked train ticket with Vy you need to get on at the station you have chosen to travel from. Please contact our customer service if you need to get on at a different station than the one you have specified in your booking.

However, you cannot go further than your ticket allows. Please note that we only stop at the stations specified in our timetable.
