Can my child travel alone on the train?

Children travelling without an accompanying parent or guardian must be able to get on and off by themselves, as well as being able to deal with their luggage and any connections or travel disruption that may arise. If the onboard personnel have the time and opportunity, we will naturally be happy to assist your unaccompanied child to change trains and get off at the right stop. However, we are unable to guarantee this.
