Delayed train — will I make my connection?

Travelling sometimes involves making several changes – even when travelling Vy Tåg. We offer connections to bus companies and other rail operators. When changing to or from one of our trains, there are two things you should bear in mind:

Firstly:

Connection times between trains or between trains and buses are usually around ten minutes. Samtrafiken’s website includes details of the minimum connection times for each station in the country⁠External link. (the website is in Swedish)

Secondly:

Choose a Resplus ticket if your journey includes several segments. Resplus means that you buy your whole trip in one transaction and that we will take care of you and provide onward travel assistance if you miss a connection due to delays. Check that your final destination is shown on the ticket.
