I have a disability. Can I get assistance for my train journey?

Assistance means that you are escorted between the train and a fixed meeting point by a companion. Book your companion at the same time as you book your ticket. We will meet you on the platform and assist you until you board the next segment in your journey. You should limit your luggage to no more than two bags weighing a maximum of 20 kg.
