I missed my connection, what do I do?

If you have booked a ticket for a ‘combined journey’ on any of Vy’s channels or with Resplus, we will help you rebook for the next connection. If you have not booked a combined journey, you will have to buy a new ticket, and no compensation is available.

Connections with other operators or with flights are not our responsibility.
