What ticket types are available?

There are two ticket options:

Refundable

A refundable ticket can be cancelled up until the train's departure. You receive a full refund, excluding the booking fee. In other words, refund protection is included in the price.

Non-refundable

This ticket offers the lowest price and is ideal if you know exactly when and where you want to travel. You can cancel this ticket, but no refund is issued. You also cannot rebook this type of ticket.
