I bought my ticket without logging in – can I cancel it myself?

If you purchased a ticket without logging in, you cannot change or cancel it yourself on vy.se or in the Vy app.

To cancel or change your ticket, you must do so before the train’s departure time by contacting the Vy Tåg service center by phone during their opening hours.
